Services Are Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of creative, digital, and AI-driven services, all payments are final and non-refundable once the project begins.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel ongoing work with written notice.
However, charges will apply for:
- Work already completed
- Resources allocated
- Third-party costs
Advance Payments
All retainers and deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by a written agreement.
Project Delays
Delays caused by incomplete client communication or approvals are not eligible for refunds.
Subscription Services (If applicable)
Subscriptions may be canceled anytime but are not refunded for partial periods.
